Exploring little creeks in the Tamar Estuary is one of the great pleasures of paddle boarding.

Just now is time for relaxation, waiting for the tide to turn, stretched out on the board, watching the midges and listening to the birds.

I’m saying ‘hi!’ to a low flying heron and a bug landing on the board.
