A day after the full flower moon, I use the high spring tide to explore the areas of the estuary that are mostly exposed and rarely flooded.

Salt marsh and reeds, ducks and geese, drift wood and the ‘scum’ of the spring algal bloom.

Above all, a tranquil morning hour on the paddle board, no rush, just peaceful moments in the sunshine.
