Just as I thought the Cornish hedgerows have nothing new to offer for a while, this honeysuckle came into view.

And then another one and more…how come I did not notice yesterday?

Of course, the cycle of renewal in nature has not finished, how foolish even to contemplate that possibility! After all, what would all the bees do for the rest of the season?
