Outdoor Daily

A calm sunny summer morning and the rocky shores of Cornwall invite exploration by paddle board.

Deep in the coves and cliffs I move among millions of tiny whitebait and small mackerels hunting them.

Crystal clear water allow sight of the bottom, with eel grass, anemones, mollusks and jellyfish.

Turquoise reflections from sand.

I potter about in this beautiful and tranquil scenery without a sense of time … just watching signs of the tide changing … sliding into the water now and then for a refreshing swim … and paddle on across another bay …

I enjoy a sense of feedom and gratitude.
